IPTM-IT has installed and upgraded lighting, ventilation, and ergonomics using the latest technologies like bus bar systems for electrical fittings, overhead mirror reflectors for lamps, and forced duct ventilation systems.

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Sabina Akhter earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College in 1991 and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from North South University in 2008.

She is the founding Chief Executive Officer of IPTM-IT. Apart from her involvement at IPTM-IT, she has also been engaged in the healthcare profession since 1992 to date.

She is an expert in training coordination and facilitation, with over 20 years of expertise in the capacity building field. She boasts substantial experience producing TOT-related training curricula, manuals, materials, and reports for a variety of participant levels.

MD. Mohibur Rahman
MD. MOHIBUR RAHMAN

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Mr. Md. Mohibur Rahman earned a bachelor's degree in Commerce and a master's degree in Accounting from Jagannath University in 2001 and 2002. He earned an MBA with a major in Marketing from the International Islamic University of Chittagong, Dhaka Campus in 2006.

He has over 19 years of experience in various roles within the institutions where he was recruited. He began his career in 2003 with Information Engineers and Consultants BD Ltd. as Manager (Marketing & Finance).

In 2004, he joined Samiha Agro Fisheries Ltd as a Technical Officer – Agriculture & Livelihood. In 2011, he was appointed as a Director of the same organization, which he continues to serve. He also began his role as a Director with Information Entertainment & Communication Ltd. in 2011. Since then, he has served as IECL's Chief Operating Officer (COO).

He is the founding Chief Operating Officer of IPTM-IT. Apart from his involvement at IPTM-IT, he joined the IPTM-IT in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
